Featuring a library of more than 5,200 individual online, self-paced courses from leading content providers Skillsoft and Harvard ManageMentor, Trustmark Learning has content that will help associates grow their beyond at Trustmark!

Some of the benefits of Trustmark Learning include:

• Web-based platform is accessible anywhere, at any time, from any device
• Repeat/unlimited access to e-based content, which can be used as a reference to meet just-in-time learning needs
• Associates can create their own custom learning paths to build skills for job enrichment and future career moves
• Trustmark-specific content can be loaded into learning programs
• Managers and learning administrators can “launch” specific content to targeted populations
• Reports track learner progress and completion, and can be tied to existing associate data within Workday (e.g., role, function, org structure, etc.)
