Performance Review Key Dates

Q1 Touch Base:

  • Hold Touch Base discussions in April
  • Survey sent out to associates week of May 3 confirming discussions took place

Mid-Year Performance Review:

  • Associate self-review period: Monday, June 21 – Sunday, July 11
  • Managers complete associate reviews and hold performance review conversations: Monday, July 12 – Sunday, August 1

Q3 Touch Base:

  • Hold Touch Base discussions in October
  • Survey sent out to associates week of November 1 confirming discussions took place

Year-End Performance Review:

  • Associate self-review period: Monday, December 13, 2021 – Sunday, January 9, 2022
  • Managers complete associate reviews and hold performance review conversations: Monday, January 10, 2022 – Sunday, January 30, 2022
